Amid the inspiring spring atmosphere, all staff of Xionggu Company gathered at 9:00 a.m. on February 25, 2026, to review the achievements and efforts of the past year, honor role models, and draw up the grand blueprint for the new year, sounding the clarion call for high-quality development. 

In 2025, the company forged ahead and achieved fruitful results. Faced with a complex market environment, the marketing team rose to challenges and delivered outstanding performance in market expansion. The R&D team focused on innovation and technological breakthroughs, injecting vitality into products. The production, engineering and manufacturing sectors kept improving to ensure quality and efficiency. In management, the company promoted reform and process optimization, strengthened talent development, and fostered a strong corporate culture, laying a solid foundation for steady and long-term development. 

Behind these achievements are the diligent efforts of every Xionggu employee. The conference commended the Payment Collection Champion, Sales Champion, Service Stars, Annual Outstanding Employees and Excellent Teams, encouraging them to scale new heights. 

To strengthen institutional governance, Minister Tao from Human Resources delivered a presentation on company regulations, especially the reward and penalty system with emphasis on production quality, aiming to build a more scientific and standardized management system for efficient operation. 

For 2026, General Manager Xiong Jian outlined the annual work plan covering marketing, R&D, products and management, setting a clear direction for the company’s development. Highlighting quality as the cornerstone of the enterprise, General Manager Xiong emphasized the 2026 business philosophy: Build Core Products, Upgrade Product Quality, Expand Market Segments. Quality management will be elevated to a strategic level, with strict control over every link from R&D, procurement, production to after-sales service. Quality awareness will be deeply rooted in all employees, and a sound quality traceability system will be implemented to make excellence a consistent pursuit and a distinctive hallmark of Xionggu. 

With strong wind and surging waves, we shall break through the waves; with a long and arduous journey, we shall press forward with greater determination.
