Xionggu's Q3 2026 Company Meeting was held punctually at 9:00 a.m. on October 12 in the Conference Hall of the Intelligent Industrial Park. Colleagues from across the company attended with great enthusiasm.

The meeting opened with a presentation by Mr. He, Director of Finance, on the company's Q3 business performance. In the third quarter, our sales achieved a breakthrough, surpassing our targets ahead of schedule. Busyness is the beginning of growth, and this quarter saw the emergence of a number of role models worth learning from—they were recognized as this quarter's Values Benchmark Team!

The subsequent presentations on QC improvements, quality disclosures, and intellectual property demonstrated the company's concrete efforts to strengthen its internal capabilities and consolidate its foundations from multiple dimensions. This quarter saw 6 QC improvement achievements and 7 intellectual property rights obtained, alongside 7 quality issues. Only by solidifying every cornerstone can we move forward steadily.

In quiet dedication, 13 employees received First-Class Workpoint Awards this quarter. They fulfilled their responsibilities diligently, actively participated in company activities, and some took part in voluntary blood donation initiatives to shoulder social responsibility—vividly embodying what it means to be a member of Xionggu. Safety is the prerequisite and foundation for everything. This quarter's safety production training, starting from the changes to Basic Requirements for Production Process Safety and the familiar routine QEHS daily inspections, once again sounded a clear warning. Safety is the lifeline of an enterprise; there is no such thing as a small safety matter, and prevention is essential—we must always keep this firmly in mind.

Finally, Mr. Xiong, the company's General Manager, summarized Q3 from the perspectives of marketing, R&D, manufacturing, and management operations, and outlined the work plan for Q4. He shared with us the importance of communication: communication is about reaching consensus. Only by communicating in ways that both parties recognize and accept, and by identifying shared bottlenecks, can we break through deadlocks and form synergy—making communication a true bridge for solving problems.
